“Subscription” means a paid plan that unlocks premium features of Laravel, billed on a recurring or one-time basis depending on the selected option.

“Services” means all the features provided via Laravel, including both free and subscription-based functionalities.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

3.3 You are responsible for your device, internet connection, and any associated charges.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features of Laravel require an active subscription.
• Subscriptions may be billed via the App Store, Google Play, or other payment processors integrated with the app.
• You agree to pay all applicable fees based on the plan you select.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Refunds and Cancellation Policy

• All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for unused time or features unless required by law.
• You may cancel your subscription anytime through your app store account settings.

6. Face Data and Camera Access

Laravel may request access to your device’s camera or gallery to allow you to upload photos for AI generation. On supported devices, APIs such as TrueDepth may be used to align or capture facial data for style fitting.

• We do not collect, store, or transmit any biometric data.
• All photo data is processed securely and remains private.
• The data is never shared with third parties.

7. User Obligations

• You may only upload images you own or have permission to use.
• You must not upload offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
• You must not attempt to hack, copy, resell, or misuse the app.

8. Account Sharing and Abuse

Your subscription is personal and non-transferable. Sharing access to your account or generated content for resale or mass distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and app content remain the intellectual property of the developers. You retain rights to the AI-generated images you create using your own photos.

10. Limitation of Liability

Laravel is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that results will be error-free. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Laravel without notice if you violate these Terms.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available within the app. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate courts in your region.
